Currently employed by Boise State, Kathleen has won several awards in her field, including The Washington Association of School Administrator’s (WASA) Regional President’s Award, the WASA Award of Merit, and the Washington Association of Educational Service Districts President’s Award. Author of the award-winning "Turning High Poverty Schools Into High Performing Schools" Kathleen has also led the development of non-traditional leadership preparation programs at Boise State.
Kevin is the current Associate Vice-President of Indigenous Affairs at the University of Winnipeg. Kevin has assisted in the advancement of Indigenous studies and programs at the University of Winnipeg and is an active voice within the indigenous community. Kevin's perspective is highly valued and welcomed at the 2019 OPSOA Conference.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made up until March 15. Or, if you cancel in writing by February 28, you will receive a full refund.
Canceling between February 28 - March 15, we will refund all but $150 (administration fee), provided we receive a written cancellation notice from you prior to March 15.
Registrants who do not cancel in writing before March 15 or do not attend are not eligible for a refund of their conference registration fee.
